Refund Policy
Aw shucks. Whelp — looks like if you’re here you are either a) scoping out the refund policy before purchasing (hello!) or b) looking for a refund on your purchase of Spruce Your Studio.
Either way, I want to make this as straightforward as possible, so we can still be friendly.
If you’re thinking SYS wasn’t the right fit for you because you already have experience with the lessons provided, then please email hello@sprucerd.com within 10 days of purchase with the following and a refund will be on it’s way. The examples below show that you are an experienced design studio owner.
- Link to your website (for your design business)
- Link to your services page on your site (or packaged services PDF)
- An example of a project quote/proposal
- An example of the discovery phase
- Presentation of the one logo solution (URL or PDF)
Easy peasy.
